guys,

need some advice on budget suspension for a xt130 sedan.

needs to be for the track. will never be used on road.
cheaper than coil overs. so a set of springs and strut inserts for the front and shocks for the rear.

AE86 suspensino fits XT130 struts. And while I haven't checked you could very well be able to use AE86 front springs too. Opens up your options.

Most likely the same at the rear too. Spring and shock setups on live axle cars are remarkably similar and generally swappable.
