Default ADM to JDM 3S-GE conversion. Probs??

Ok so in pure desperation i'm calling out to all those who have done a JDM Engine Swap into their Celica's, it's what i've done and currently after 5 weeks worth of labour the car still isn't going, I'm posting on the possibilty that there is some special little thing i should have done to the engine to make it work in australia. I have extractors on it, the ADM Intake (as i need the EGR S*#t system on there to pass a road worthy) New AFM, New Water Pump, New Timing belt, new TPS, K&N Airfilter (in the factory Box, no Pod), New Cold start sensor, All new Vacuum Hoses (they're all going to the right places according to the diagram on the bonnet), Cleaned Injectors, No Engine codes are coming up and all sensors seem to be operating perfectly. The Car just refuses to accelerate, starts fine but no heart to it when you give it gas, dies almost instantly (chokes a bit first).

I know I've posted pretty much the same thing before but there id just nothing else i can do, hopefully people can sympathise with the feeling of being at the end of your rope, I'm begging that this is something stupid that's been missed getting done along the way or some information i neglectively passed over.

    Need more info...
    What model celica?
What car was the JDM 3S-GE from?
Are you running the ECU that came with the engine, or the one that was already in the car?

It sounds like an AFM / TPS problem... but really could be caused by a lot of other things too.

The first thing you could do would be to read through your other thread more thoroughly, sift through the crap in it and I'm sure you'd find a solution from the suggestions given.

Firstly I'd like to apologise to Dale coz he seems to be getting annoyed with me.

I have done basically everything suggested, I'll make a list and see if i missed anything and to clear things up.

    • Is a 1987 ST162 Celica SX with an imported 3S-GE Gen1 to replace the old Gen 1
    • I'm Running the original ADM ECU with the ADM Inlet as i Need the EGR system for RWC
    • Genie Extractors
    • Car idles fine but chokes and stalls when accelerated
    • All Vac Hoses Checked and Replaced
    • AFM checked and Replaced, Inlet Pipe from Box to manifold checked (No Leaks)
    • K&N Air Filter
    • New Plugs
    • New Leads
    • New Thermostat (not the housing)
    • Replaced TPS
    • New Fuel
    • Fuel pressure checked (all good)
    • Distributor Checked (ok)
    • New Water Pump
    • Replaced Cold start sensor thing that has the line from near the fuel rail to the inlet connected to it
    • New Timing Belt (Timing Checked twice, Spot ON)
    • Injectors Cleaned with new seals
    • All sensors connected (inc AFM)
    • Diagnosis port checked (Engine light flashes continually, no intermittement meaning Ok?)

I think that's it, all i think i missed was get a vacuum guage and check the coil. wow making the list helped a bit i think, is there anything else i missed?

Having the CAT checked tomorrow by recommendation (the only recommendation) from the toyota repairer and depending on what that shows will replace the ECU (is there a difference in ECU between a 1987 and a 1989?)

Second, I'm am sincerely sorry to keep posting lots and lots of threads but i'm beyond desperate, kinda hoped i'd get understanding but i understand people getting a bit shirty with me wasting space on there forum.

It's not that you're wasting space, it's just that you post the same thing 3 times in 3 different threads

I can understand your frustration but you need to check the obvious things (blocked exhaust etc which is only 2 bolts to undo from a flange), then start probing with a multimeter and make sure the injectors are firing and that wiring to the AFM isn't severed somewhere etc

Are the earth leads connected from engine block to chassis?

    for some clarification,

my gen 2 is running on gen 1 electrics.
it runs just fine without the tps plugged in. will not run without afm
it seriously sounds ignition related to me.
swap your coil with another and check the earthing to the engine.
even run a few more from the - of the batt to the engine in various spots
