2TGEU Cam Timing how to

Just wondering if anyone of you guru out there can give me a walk through on how to set up the Cam timing in the 2tgeu. I guest it will be the same as a 2tg 3tg 18rg or any other toyota twin cam.
Big + Rep will provided to all that can help.

My engine has been giving me the shits for the last few weeks and I just want to get it up and running and out of the carport

Please help me regain my sanity before i pack it in !!
