sc14 would probably be ideal.
hey guys i was just wondering if a SC14 is a good choice for a supercharger for a 3T or would a SC12 be a better option, a friend with a 2TG said his SC12 doesnt produce enough, so i thought i'd get some other people's thoughts cause ican buy one with a small moutn intercooler for 300 bucks of a friends so yeh.....
Cheers Sean
sc14 would probably be ideal.
SC12 should make a 3T go hard. However a SC14 would do it a little better. Basically the SC14 could be spun slightly slower and produce less heat (loss) for the same boost.
Playing with the size of the crank and supercharger pulleys will let you set the boost, and is an important thing to get right.

I was surfing the other day and some dude had a 2tg with a 4a-gze blower on it. its got a pretty big write up on it and says some stuff about the larger 7m blower not fitting.

If you think that it won't fit, make it.
I am assuming you have the 3T single cam pushrod carby fed, mount the S/C off a Ta22 Air con bracket modify it if you have to, that puts the SC below the intake manifold.
As for blow through or draw through thats a tough question, as i have heard that a draw through (carby before SC) will cause the teflon to come off the rotors ( Thats Bad!). Your best bet will be blow trough,
The only thought that comes to mind is buy a redline twin side draught manifold, mount twin webers to them and make up some custom pipe work that joins the SC to the inlet of the webers. Take off the standard fuel pump, and blank the hole. Go buy yourself a low PSI pump something that will give 3 PSI more than you intend to put into the motor.
Having this set up also allows the use of a blow off valve too.
Before the SC you will need an airfilter, how you do this is up to you imagination, as long as it works though.
Hope that gives you some ideas to get you started.
