Turbonetics are good, but they definitely aren't cheap.

*Dr Nick Voice* Hi Everybody!!
Didn't want to start a new thread just figured I'd ask in here,
My mates starlet with 4efte (1.3ltr) has started blowing a wee bit of smoke, he has been told his turbo seals are rooted and he should replace the turbo, money permitting.
He is currently running a garrett t25 and I am just wondering what ppls thought are of putting one of these on:
http://www.otomoto.com.au/kkr/KKR280.html
He want's to do it as cheap as possible but without buying a 2nd hand item that may experience similar problems as to what he's going through now.
He only plans to own the car for another 1-2 years maybe 3 and doesn't want to run more than 10psi.
I figured for the price, this brand new item should last him that long on that level of boost but just wanted ppl's opinions on the suitability of that turbo for his sized motor keeping in mind that he needs a replacement that will fit where his t25 currently resides.
Any ppl with bad experiences pipe up cos I dont want to be known as that guy who is forever giving out shitty advice.
Thanks all! much appreciated.

Anybody had any real experience with Turbonetics? I've done some googling and found a few bad comments.
