why not 'accidentally' do a burnout at a hairpin turn and have the crowd 'unofficially' score them...

oh please it's not the booner nats.

I love a good skid as much as the next guy but a burnout 'comp' = oxymoron.

I know a few people will have to reconsider what cars they take if it is
From what I've heard along the 'rumour mill', it's in the final organisation / discussions at this stage. Rubber stamps from CAMS are not quite yet completed.

From what I've seen of the local areas that might be useful, I'd suggest that there will be one khana track setup at a time (space limitations is the largest issue they'll have). However, the official rules stipulate there must be at least 4 tests in order to qualify as a proper event, so each competitor 'should' get at least 4 runs (1 over each test) over the course of a day. Obviously this will be affected by the number of entrants / test layout change-over time / etc.

I'd suggest this is a bad idea... As the area will likely have to be borrowed, and likely paid for, so if it's left in a bad condition, cleanup fees and chances of a return the following year may be affected by the behaviour on the track. Obviously some level of wheel spin would be expected but usually 'silly' and unnecessary behaviour is not tolerated from what I've seen at other motorkhanas.
