quick wiring problem

hey guys hwos it going its gotta do with my headunit
ok it was workin perfectly fine till i went to d/c sub to put in anothe car so i pulled it out and just took the rca and rem wire.. then now finally gone abck to the soarer and now the headunit works fine but there is no sound. sometimes when your driving it might flick on and might go away as if a lose connection or sumthing
but wats also wierd is when i went to pull it out i d/c the ground wire and the HU stil stay on so i thought meh ill buy a new HU and wire it up fully again cause i wanted a new HU anyway
so just arrived today the new HU
just test to see if it work connect power, acc ground and yes works fine and doesnt stay on when i d/c the ground wire
then thought sweet connected up all speakers and didnt bother checking the speakers oen by one cause i kno which order they went in.. and now its all wired up its doing the same thing as before
workig when ground is connected and no sound
im guess one of the speaker wires is grounded or sumthing but i dont particuly wanna cut all the speaker wires again and do em again 1 by one
any quick suggestions before i have to cut one by one!

i cut one of the rear speaker wires and then the speakers started working and it wouldnt work unless it was grounded
so as i was assuming it must be grounded sumwher even tho i checked the rear speaker. so that rear speaker can stay off for now
