sorry for the late posting, both sets of batteries for my camera were flat today!!!!

so i brought the pipe home, charged the batteries and just took some pics. as i said my welding isnt neat, but the die grinder will sort that out. haha..

was just thinking about your's. as your's will have to face up the cut off bend as you mentioned in your 1st post wouldnt be as wide as the flange hole.

me, i would massage the pipe with a hammer as to spread it to suit and weld on. it would still flow much better than the stock item.

Here is the template of the stock flange if you want it. Guess you can lay it over your flange so you can get a close match to the supercharger when you grind it out.
The distance across the flange from outside edge to outside edge is 106mm.
