7mgte 440cc ingectors onto 1ggte gen 3

hey guys just wonderin if i could just file off the plastic locators on the 7m injectors so they fit on my 1g gen 3 on is there another way round it

problem solved found a similar thread ill just file them down

I'm pretty sure they are different impedance though.
So make sure you check that.

From memory Gen3 1GGTE is hi-impedance, where as 7MGTE are lo-impedance.
If you are running a stock ecu you'll need to wire in the 7MGTE or Gen2 1GGTE resistor pack.

If you've got aftermarket ecu, check the manual, but you should be fine.
