Default Jan 20th - Vic Toymod Skirmish Day (Or: The Victorian Mutual Pain Society)

Ladies And Gentlemen, Frogs of All Ages...

Due to an unprecedented failure on all our part to properly get our glutes into gear and play fast paced indoor skirmish (and hurt 2drft) as proposed in the earlier thread due to a reason of numbers...

    It's Supermegahappy Outdoor Skirmish Day!

    Jan 20th 2007

But like, I'm down with calling it "Let's train up and then go stomp the SA boys arses on their home turf", It has a nice ring to it.

My suggestion is, we play at Paintball Plus An excellent outdoor field on Cranbourne road, a klick or so up from the butt end of the free way, and right opposite Karingal Hub. In Frankston.

These guys run a sweet set of fields, both bush, airfield and fortress style field, as well as a more roaming game through even more dense bush than before.

Further Suggestion (since I'm getting the hang of suggesting things):
We play For A Full Day

The Full Day Packages are as follows:
    STARTER PACK - $85 pp
    -200 PAINTBALLS
    -KINGMAN MARKER
    -VFORCE GOGGLE SYSTEMS
    -OVERALLS, NECK PROTECTOR

    MEDIUM PACK - $105 pp
    -300 PAINTBALLS
    -KINGMAN MARKER
    -VFORCE GOGGLE SYSTEMS
    -OVERALLS, NECK PROTECTOR

    SUPER PACK - $135 pp
    -500 PAINTBALLS
    -KINGMAN MARKER
    -VFORCE GOGGLE SYSTEMS
    -OVERALLS, NECK PROTECTOR

    OTHER PACKS AVAILABLE
BBQ LUNCH FOR FULL DAY PACKAGES (I can't remember how much extra the BBQ lunch package was, and will investigate soon)

I'll be selling boxes/jewel protectors for $45, just so you know.

Extra Paintballs can be purchased Mid Game, if you're like Some people, and happen to be a triggy-happy-lout with social issues. Or a Lousy shot.

    More info will be provided.

If you haven't played before, drop me a PM with any questions on what to expect.

    Things we need:
    - Righteous Discussion on Date
    - Pimping sisters out to get more Vic lads/lasses attending

I finish my last exam ever, tomorrow. So I'm happy to try and bring this together with the help of Shell and whomsoever. Benefits:
    a) Developing l33t Ski11's to be thrashing the rest of the country's Toymodders at a later date
    b) Getting a chance to nail my hot sister for getting the most people attending
    c) Getting even with people who put you on their public hitlist
    d) Getting even with 2DRFT for his Mad Lady skillz. (The Bastiche)
    E) TOP NOTCH DAY OF PAINTFILLED FUN AND PAIN!!!!!

    Let This Not Fall Through.

    Toymod Paintball League.

As long as I can rest these shoulder blades for at least 2 weeks I'm definately in!

Paint ball markers don't stall either guys, so watch out!

You know I'm in, but it depends on date.

Oh yes, and being able to rest my shoulder blades for a few weeks as twenyeighty said. Owchy.

With Christmas so close, and people going on Holidays, I'm thinking Sat 20th January for this...

    What does everyone think?

Would you be able to get that Saturday off?

I'm just thinking that it's good to have a day to rest after painball and most work Mondays...

Yeah Sunday has a good point, BUT the recovery from a whole day playing is a suggestion.

Thing is, it's your thighs that hurt the most after a whole day. I think its the tension and adrenaline. Unless you cop a bad hit of course.

    Keep the whoring going guys.

And yeah, Jan is fine - the Christmas point makes sense. Is Jan 20th perhaps a bit to late? On the other hand it does allow for people like Haison so make serious sure they've satday off.

I'll call the good folks tomorrow and see what minimum number we need. I've played there with about 16 people, 20 would be a good number.

I was thinking the 20th because I don't get back from my holidays until the 9th (Tues), and I'm sure there will be some people that are away until Monday the 15th...
