    Default Toyotafest

    Hi,

I am wondering who the right person is to talk to about toyotfest. Now that the show is over the thread dead. I have posted a couple times in there and sent a couple PMs and would like to know how things are going or if Dave is the wrong person to direct my pm's and questions.

I also paid for membership and dont seem to be able to access member sections. So what does payment do?

    Thanks

    Bump..

Im just after a decal for one of the trophies.. It was missing and I was told it would be sent out. Am I chasing a lost cause.. If somebody could answer the thread or even tell me where to go and get one I would appreciate it.

As for membership. Its the second time I have given the Toymods money and had nothing come from it. Doesnt give me faith in the system.

Brett, Dav answered you in the other Toyotafest thread where you raised the question. Looks like he's sorting the decal out for you.

Afraid new club memberships arent anything I can help with, have you PMd Kirsty? she's the membership secretary and should be able to assist.

    Cheers,

Thanks Matt, I will PM Kirsty

I PM'd Dave initally about the decal asking what to do. He did reply and we worked out posting it would be best. I PM'd him my address 3 weeks ago but have had no reply about it being sent out or any other outcome. Hence the reason I was asking is there someone else I should be talking to.. Me of all people realise how busy we can get but no response in weeks gets frustrating

Thanks for the response I will get onto Kirsty about membership, and hopefully hear something soon.

I paid for membership to Toymods at Toyotafest and i can't access the members section on the forum either. I PM'd Kirsty a few weeks ago and never got a reply.

Perhaps people should stop suggesting sending a PM to Kirsty because doing so gets you nowhere.

It's always worked for me, so I will always suggest it!

I have sent PMs to Kirsty on many occasions, and always had a response...

People keep forgetting that she has another job to do other than being the Toymods Seceretary, which is completely in her spare time! (which most mothers have none of)

I get PMs all the time that I don't reply to for weeks, as sometimes I will get a 2 min chance to read messages, but replying takes alot longer and I'll forget that the PM was there when I finally have a chance to reply...

At a guess, Kirsty would get at least 10 PMs every day, so it would be a very similar situation for her!

If you haven't recieved a reply, just send the same message again...

How about you PM her for us then.

How many weeks/months should we wait before sending another one?

I handed over $50 of my hard earned cash and didn't get anything other than a sticker in return. I was under the impression i was paying for a membership, not buying a $50 sticker.

    Brett/Slim,

I'm about to give you club member permissions, I'll follow up with Kirsty to make sure everything else is in order. Slim, I know Brett got his shirt, did you not get one at the 'fest?

About 10min ago i sent Kirsty another PM.

I am not just slim by name. Kirsty was gonna order me a small t-shirt because the others would look like a tent on me. So, no i didn't get my t-shirt on the day.

    Slim ( and all concerned)

I have had next to no internet for the last few weeks so I have not even been able to get online much at all, and when I can I might get 5 minutes if that of internet connection, But thats the joys of living right on the cut off point for unwired internet,

Now, Slim, your shirt ( as I told you at toyotafest) needs to be special ordered so it will take a while. I can't just order a single shirt I have to order at least 15 shirts at a time.
