    Default Assistance identifying this cable, please

    yo toyopeeps,

    i have this throttle cable that makes my motor go, but i am unsure what it came from. finding someone with the time and inclination to rewire it has proven frustrating, so i thought it might be worth a shot to throw this picture up and see if any of the local parts analysts can ID him, thus facilitating the act of me ordering a new one. pedal-end fits ae86 firewall;

    elsewise, if any of the ACT crew know of a place who will do this sort of refurb (other than Bartondale or pretty much any other marine shop), hit me with the details, please?

    cheers all.

    ps - sorry for humungozoid pic... thought it would assist in analysis.

    Norm, I remade my one only reusing the threaded end and the end that attaches to the firewall. Works a treat and cost stuff all, can be made to any length etc.

    PM me if you want a run down on that option.

    I have identified one that is listed for an AE71 and can get a new assembly that replaces the cable and you re-use the firewall bracket thing.

    I shall price one up if you wish.

    most toyota cables will fit other toyota's. Its just a matter of length. When i had my AE86 i had a MX83 cressida cable in it after it ate the stock cable.
