If you're 100% there's no leaks, then it must be HG

Idling and accel not smooth... check all injectors are plugged in correctly, check ignition components (leads, spark plugs, dizzy cap, rotor button)

the idling & acceleration never been smooth since i bought this car 3 months ago
change the plug recently, but the problem still exist

before this i had problems with the rad water, it keeps boiling, temp rise so flush the rad
later on found out the thermostat not working, takes it out & run the engine,
everything went fine for a few days until i notice water keeps disappearing
had to top up water, not much, a bottle of mineral size i think, everyday

the idling remains not smooth, it sounds like a boxer engine
some said there is water entry in the combustion chamber
thats why its like chocking, & explains why the water keeps disappearing

any idea?? plus there s a rattling sound everytime the car starts to move (accelerate)

boxer engine sound could be leads, i had exactly the same thing with mine, changed the leads and it was all good.

have you looked at the dipstick for signs of water, and is there a milky residue in the oil filler cap, have you looked for leaks around all the joins of the radiator hoses, is the car overheating, is there steam coming from the exhaust when its a hot day, or whilte smoke?

White smoke is your engine burning water. If it does it when its cold, its condensation. If its hot, you have a blown head gasket.

When the car is cold, start the car up with the radiator cap off, you may be able to see bubbles (not little ones, big ones) or the water being pushed back out the top. This is one way to confirm you definately have a BHG, otherwise if its normal you may still have a BHG. Best way to check for a BHG is a chemical tester.

have check oil filler cap & deep stick
    no sign of milky residue

cannot check 4 bubbles sign since no thermostat
water circling like river when open rad cap
will have to wait for new themostat next thursday

Ok go find someone with a chemical tester and check it with that. I guess try asking your local radiator specialist for starters.
