I had a turbo timer on my R33 when I got it, 1 month later I ripped it out.
The Supra I never ran one in.
Any other turbo car I own will not run one.
If you drive it hard, drive for a few minutes normally before parking.
When you pull up, get everything ready for you to get out, take off seatbelt, then casually open door, and finally shut motor down.
If parking in a parking lot, you generally idle around for about a minute or two before parking, so a turbo timer is not needed.
Letting the car idle for over 30 secs to a minute, actually increases temps again as there is no air flow.
