    Default O2 sensor q's

    Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had any luck with aftermarket O2 sensors on the 1J or 2J? I think mine is cactus (blowing 9.6:1 AF ratios on what is effectively a stock motor!). When I get off my arse and do it, I will be making some custom dump pipes, so thread/mounting wont be a drama. I just need to know if anyone can tell me what voltage the stock O2 sensors run on, and wether they are a 2,3 or 4 wire variety?

    Any help is much appreciated!

    the std o2 sensor doesnt do squat for your on load AFR's, look elsewhere for your problems.

    it only comes into play for light load cruising when the ECU goes into closed loop and tries to run 14.7:1 for efficiency
