JZX90 suspension into MX83?

Having just inheritited my mother in law's stock MX83 I was wondering if factory JZX90 suspension will bolt in/make much difference?
Anyone happen to have done it?
Also for changing to LSD will any model hilux dif do, 4x4 vs 4x2?
apologies if these are stupid questions, i have tried searching.

just get the diff from the up spec mx83 its already lsd

get a "grande" model factory diff, it is LSD.

MA70 supra LSD will fit also...generally a wider selection of ratios too...

Selection of ratios is no wider, because you have to use the Cressida diff case, which means you have to pull the diff apart anyway, therefore can use whatever gears you like in there. Also, just getting a Grande LSD as a unit and sticking it in there is a complete waste of time if you don't pull it apart and shim it up first!
