I got this in my 180SX.

I put it down to being the short shifter due to not having a couple of the seals used for the normal shifter!

I tried to get a new one once........ I cant remember if it was super $$$$$ and i said ......F##K that or it was unavailable.
    But i never got one

Most of the time if you pull that rubber gasket out ,clean it and the mating parts with some solvent and put it back together using some silastic it will seal up no prob

If yours is totaled i have a spare one. ---Its not new but will still seal properly.

P.S have you checked all the bolts are tight ???? Id do that first.

on that gasket, make sure you've got all six steel spacers/washers, they fit in the bolt hole cut into the rubber gasket, if you don't have them the seal crushes and distorts(will leak oil)
