Hey everyone,
Just finished ripping off some video of Linda "breaking in" the croozer!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l6Yfeq-g-B0
Linda, I have burnt the full version onto a DVD for you, but this vid is
the "best of" Linda and grimace's 4wd adventure!
Keep in mind this is Linda's first real "test" and she and the big 75 passed with
flying colours I rekon...with a bit more practice, Linda will be UNSTOPPABLE!!!!
Bendev, I didn't get much footage of you man, sorry, was too busy either in the truck
helpin Linda, or outside spotting her down the trails. Next time, I'll get more of you
buddy. I should have my truck ready soon, so I'll come back up and I'll have a crack
at those "undrivable" tracks you pointed out. LOL
Sillicar Chick, Its OK if you have a nissan...I suppose LOL at least you are out there
having a go by the look of her! I like the removable roof too.
And to all the folks that couldn't make it this trial run, make sure you come to the next
it was a great success, and everyone had fun.
So stay tuned for the upcoming Toymods 4WD cruise.
Cheers,
Bart

Nah, just bring your truck in current form, it'll be fine.
I'll pull you out of anything you might get stuck on/in.

dont get me wrong ill bring what ive got but that doesent change the fact i need new rubberits just a matter of having time to organise it, and really at the end of the day if the tyres are worn out then they just need to be changed no questions
I'm pretty pumped to get out there now, me and a couple of mates went and hit up some easy but muddy trails last weekend, was pretty fun, was the first time I'd driven the Hilux in low range 4x4, it was pretty sweet, idled up a few steep parts with ease whereas the Courier would have struggled to get up 'em with a big run-up haha.
Made one mistake though, left the very low drop tongue and tow ball on, and we bottomed out hard trying to get out of a slippery canal in a back paddock, lesson learned on that one haha.![]()
