Linden you can use imageshack.us or photobucket for uploading photos, i think theres a sticky in one of the sections on these forums that expains how to do it Would be good to see what you have done for some ideas. Im still not sure how im going to go about all this anyway, and probably wont decide until I make up my mind what diff im going to use in my car in the near future

    Linden,

    To upload pics:

    Step 1: Go to www.imageshack.us

Step 2: Select image by hitting "Browse..." box, and select "host it!"

Step 3: Copy the code from "Thumbnail for forums (1)" for a click to view larger thumbnail, or "Hotlink for forums (1)" for the full size image.

Step 4: Paste code in thread and post.

drilled the spotwelds on the cones to remove them, then cut a 4" circle in some 3mm plate which i stiched back in.

i used a holesaw to cut it out and this provided a cetrehole that i drilled to 9mm then tacked a 8x1.25mm nut to.

you can then use a standard length bumpstop bolted to the plate which cetres a 63mm id spring very nicely. (if you want it to be quiet use some H/D 5mm rubber sandwiched between the bumpstop and the plate, that way the spring wont contact the body)

then just machine up some teflon to sit inside the sleave on the diff and make it the length that you need for it to hit the bumpstop at the correct hieght (i never bothered but you can if you want to)

    cheers

ps i can barely turn a computer on let alone doing the uploading stuff.
