Default 1GGEU woes, Perth please help

I'm looking for someone to finish wiring my 1GGEU into the GA61 supra I got in Perth. The job is almost complete, everything is there but I was unable to get the job completed in the time I had while i was in Perth. I live in a remote area and can't get the vehicle trucked up to me cos it will not roll on it's own power ( ).

I'm offering a $ reward finders fee to anyone who can help me find a good auto leccy in Perth. I'm equally happy to farm it out to a backyarder who can use some $ too. Please help, this has dragged on longer than 'blue heelers'. It would be great to get this car going again. Car is regoed and was running teh awesome 1GEU.

    Thanks,

    Adam

Whats the problem exactly? Is it just that one or two wires are astray or are you in need of a complete rewire with a new loom?

I believe it is just attaching the wires to the right holes in the plugs from the ECU and the AFM. Loom is all there and in place it's just the attachment of wires really. I left it with a mate and he has started to label the wires etc but he too has run out of time to spend on this... Are you by any chance interested?

If thats all it is, you should be able to do if by yourself with wiring diagram and a multi-metre with a continuity (SP?) function. I did this with my 18RGEU.

EDIT- just re read your original post. So where in Perth is the car kept?

The car is in Balga but I can arrange to have it towed to wherever it can get sorted. Within reason of course

    Hey U fellas,

Whiplash, I'm sure hoping your boss is the man who owns a certain very well reputed tuning shop in welshpool starting with a big C? If you are not playing me (please let it be true you aint having a lend!), thats real good news! I will try calling them up tomorrow... been away working in the bush, so have been out of touch with c/ivilisation for a week or two.

    At last at last, Yeeeheee!

The reasoning behind me putting a 1GGEU in was that the motor in question dynoed at a very healthy 115hp at the wheels and cost me next to nothing (not counting the installation and wire up...) I considered the more better option of putting in 1GGTE or
1GGZEU but the cost was still out of my league for the time being. When I have the $ I will look at a nicely bombed turbo or SC motor but right now the missus is looking a bit too clucky for me to be getting carried away with dreams of grandeur. Oh the other thing is that one of my bro's borrowed the car one fateful nite and had a bit too much of a good thing, ended up flogging the 1GEU to death and also crunching the front gaurd/lip spoiler thingy, hence it's new attractive grey fibro colour.....

    Cheers bro,

It's taken a while to get this car happening, so i reckon i will enjoy... Amazing what can happen when you get people who know what they are doing on the job!
