Default Sports! A chance to be active with fellow toymodders!

    Gday,

Myself and my missus are new to canberra and back in SA we played a bit of social sport namely volleyball. Since we dont konw many people here (so far!) we hoped that some friendly toymodders would like to start a social team in any of the following sports
    - Basketball
    - Volleyball
    - Indoor cricket

We are currently renting in Chifley and the rec center we are looking at is in kambah.
If you would like to play please let me know and we can sort something out, thanks!

dont let that stop you! my missus and i have just only played about 5-6 games in D grade ie the lowest. ;-) so we make fools of ourselves ALL the time!

we play for a bit of fun and trust me once you play a few games you get so much better.

Plenty. Sparrow Hill and Mount Stromlo are great for n00bs.
As long as she can ride on singletrack (narrow), then she'll be fine.

    Look here for more info:

If you get bikes, then you can come along with me when I ride.

    Oh, and welcome to Canberra.

You can even join us old farts at the BMX track on race days at Tuggeranong. Check it out lots of fun and we are racing this Saturday at 2pm at the Vikings Tuggeranong track on Sulwood Drive Kambah next to the Fire Station. Mountain bike classes are run as well, fun for all ages and the whole family.

We have guys and girls ranging from late 20's to late 40's in my class riding the 24" crusers.
