    thanks mate, i appreciate your comments, but ive found a stock supra one now, so all i need is a shroud.

    JZZ30 auto's are hydraulic, manuals are clutch fans thats what I've found anyway

    no they're not. The 1J found in the JZA70's are hydro, ALL JZZ30's are clutch fan driven.

    thanks mate, but ill have to wait and see how the fan fits 1st. Then i'll be able to see which shroud to use, 2J supra or 1J soarer. The aristo engine bay looks a little shorter than a supra or soarer so it might be a tight squeeze.

    As has already been said, you are wrong.

    You must have seen some JZZ30's that had engine swaps / water pump swaps etc or something crazy...

    All JZZ30 run a clutch fan.
