    Default Cleaning fuel rail

    Hi

    Does anyone know what to use to clean the outside of a stock fuel rail so it comes up like new
    Im not really interested in buying a billet one and my one looks like shit and i would like to clean it

    Assuming its alloy like most, either buff it up, or spray it.

    I use a fine scotch bright pad and then autosol. They end up with a mirror finish.

    yeh autosol, silvo, braso, just keep rubbing it with on of these and shell come up nice. Assuming it is alloy.

    Steel wool gets it pretty clean pretty quickly... then scotchbrite pad and autosol.

    Mirror finish like JP said

    soft wire wheels work wicked, low RPM on the end of a drill.

    make sure its a SOFT one, and low rpm, otherwise you'll dig trenches into it!!
