    Default 4age manifold dxf's

    anyone got these?

ive drawn up the inlet side from a gasket & it needs a bit of work still.

I'm sure its been done plenty of times & it would save a bit of my time

here's one I drew up earlier based off an AE101 20V metal exhaust gasket and a set of Genie 16V headers. the outer bolt holes are so the flange can be used on either head.

The bolt hole positioning requires some minor tweaking and you can change the port size to match whatever runner material you're using. I'll be enlarging them to accept steam pipe on the ID. I'd recommend printing the profile on cardboard/heavy paper etc and test fit before getting the flange laser cut etc.

good stuff it will be an easier start for the exhaust at least.
Ive been printing 1:1 and when i get real close i'll do a few samples out of 1mm to get it 100% accurate.
When finished i'll upload them for everyone else.
