well its not a gearbox problem.
check that the slave is pushing the clutch fork properly, it should move about 20-25mm
if it is then remove the fork and get a new one as they crack where they sit on the pivot in the box.
if its not moving enough then check for leaks in the hydraulics, under the dash where the clutch rod goes through the firewall is a good spot to check. if you see fluid coming out then the maso is stuffed.
or pull the boot off the slave and see if there is fluid in there, if so the slave is shot.
how old is the clutch?
