    Default MX83 Electrical problem *Fixed*

hey guys is the MX83 Dash light, Tail light and Park light all connected to 1 Fuse? because my switch dont seem to turn them on. But if i turn the switch again for the headlight to turn "ON" that works but still no dash, tail and park lights. ... Ive checked my fuses and all seems to be ok.

If the fuses are all ok I'd check the dimmer switch, if they're not plugged in I know they cause at least the dash lights to be out.. not sure about the actual tail and parkers though

Maybe it's the switch itself that's fubar?

My dash lights weren't working, so the first thing I did was check the dimmer switch - it wasn't plugged in so there was an easy fix.

As for other lights not working, could just be blown globes? My rear numberplate lights weren't working either and it turned out to be both the globes had been blown.

    *Problem fixed*

The tailight fuse looked to be ok the first time i checked but upon inspecting it properly tonight i noticed that when i flipped it arround you could just barely see the broken fuse wire. Was hard to see it but i replaced it and all my lights are working again yay =) ... kinda wierd how 1 fuse controlls dash, tail and park lights though.

its wired that way so if the taillights did blow, you would lose your dash lights also, which means you would probably stop and check. otherwise if the taillights blew you would probably never know...without checking periodically...
