Default AW11 SC Fuel System (One way valve)

    Hey everyone.

I've mannaged to pin point my starting issues down to the fuel rail loosing pressure once the car is turned off, i've ruled out EVERYTHING to get it down to the feed side of the rail.

Just wondering if anyone knows where the oneway vavle is in the system? Whether it is a seperate valve somewhere or if it is inside the fuel pump?

Does anyone know an easy way to change the fuel pump?

    Cheers,
    Craig.

Yep check valve is in the pump... there is no easy way.
Have to drop the fuel tank which is about as bad a job as any you can do on an adub...

How did you come to the fuel rail conclusion... did you put a gauged FPR on there?

Just an inline pressure gauge. Blocked off different parts and found it was loosing pressure on the feed side. I originally thought it was the injectors because when i do get it going it sort of misses on one or two of the cyls for a few seconds. Turns out that was the dissy leak (fixed that).

Next on the list is rebuilding the supercharger!
