I have some files covering the pinout for the Aristo. If you send through your email address then I will send them through to you.
hey everyone
does anyone who has done a 2jzgte conversion have any idea what wires need to be hooked up and what doesnt
i am doing my hilux conversion but im sure it would be roughly the same for an ma61 or ma70
i just want to be sure before i start ripping it apart
i have searched and found some supra pinouts and aristo ones but then people say they are wrong
does anyone have any that are definately correct?
thanks
ps
if i can wire this up myself i can spend more money on mods

Sorry to drag up an old thread but I'm looking for Aristo ECU pinouts and after a fair bit of searching I can't find anything which actually matches the Aristo ECU I have. Does anyone know if there's a REAL Aristo ECU pinout out there, preferably in English?
Note that the part I'm looking at (idle control valve wiring) is different to the USDM 2JZ; different pins and different wire colours.

Awesome! It's a good start but the wire colours are in Japanese. Can anyone read Japanese well enough to translate colours?

No there isn't, because there isn't a single version. I've had three JZS147 half cuts and they were all slightly different. Some differences were function, other differences were wire colours. Stop searching for the holy grail that just doesn't existOriginally Posted by Norbie
Wire colours don't matter, only where they run .. The three Aristo ISCVs were the same though (same pins, not necessarily same colours, but colours don't matter anyway ) so Madmont's stuff should be right (without having checked it against notes).Originally Posted by Norbie

Wire colours don't fking matter. Everything you need is in the pdf.
All that matters is pins 32, 33, 34, 35 on plug W (big fkr with bolt), and pins 3, 6, 1, 4 on plug X (6 pin plug next to W).
The pin numbers are stamped on both the 6 pin plug and the 2x40pin plug.
The colour of the wire makes 2/5ths of fk all difference. All you care about is that pin W32 goes to X3, etc.... it could be rainbow coloured if it wanted to be, or change colours 20 times in the loom, it would still work.

Thanks for the outburst Mos, but wire colours DO matter for what I'm doing.
I've been given a guide for connecting a Haltech E6K to the 2JZ idle control valve, and it says something like this:
Now considering there are no violet-yellow wires going to my idle valve I need to figure out the wire colours used on various flavours of 2JZ and cross-reference them. The fact that my original Aristo loom is in 1000 pieces doesn't help matters either.Haltech BROWN wire, connect to 2JZ VIOLET-YELLOW wire
But thanks to the info linked by Wilbo and my awesome Google skillz I've managed to figure out the Japanese characters for the wire colours and they do match what I have, so I can take it from here.
In case anyone is interested, on an early Aristo ECU the following wire colours correspond to the idle control valve:
32: yellow-black
33: yellow-green
34: yellow-red
35: yellow
And the info I was given, which is for a JDM Supra I think, is totally different:
32: red-green
33: green-orange
34: green-white
35: violet-yellow
