Well I gave this a crack on my ta22 and err, made a bit of a meal of one front corner. Not too fussed as it needs paint one day but yeah, bit tricky and lots of flex at the front. Will have a go on the rear tomorrow.

Might need a bit of a trim too, corona control arms and ma61 wheels on the sprinter struts is scrape scrape

This is the best way of doing front guards.

Plan is to take the fronts off and do them on the bench with some hammers and dolleys. Migh need a bit of a trim too. Good info here though

Do them on car, its easier to see the lines of the guards that way, and you can anchor the bottom of the guard too.

i wish to revive this thread. You guys got some more before and after pics of pumping the guards?

Is it fair to say you will only acheive a max of approx one inch by doing this?
I'm more inclined to fit fibreglass flares for more clearance but interested to see your results and how much extra space you got on your guards.

I'm in Sydney (Kensington) and wouldn't mind hiring it out to try cover the cost of it. Say $20 for a week?

If anyone is interested let me know.
