you could measure it but would require cutting up housings or a long set verniers.
at a guess .6 for the comp and about .8 for the rear but not 100% sure.
does it really matter?

I can tell you that the entry for the compressor wheel is 55mm, 5 blade.
The exhaust is 60mm, 9 blade.
I can send you pics if u want, have know idea what the AR's are though.
Brad.
um you might want to recheck that.Originally Posted by MA61 Turbo A

Yes, it is. Probly should have opened the box first and looked at it......
quite important as i consider to upgrade the compressor wheel to a larger ones, perhaps from T04 series.. usually heard about choking up the hot side if we go higher boost than 15psi.. not sure about that.. if the hot side is, let say A/R 0.7 as in a garrett, then we know how far this thing will flow right?
it is ten blades..Originally Posted by The Real Roadrunner

hey you got the same chinese hks knock off wastegate as me!
have you tried it yet, or is it still in yet to test mode.
GA23(never finished-now with cracked block) JZX83 (Tyre eater) 3sgte AE86. by now i should know better.
the rear wheel should be steel and can be backcut to reduce restriction (the ex housing on it wont be restrictive on that engine) and you can put a large array of different wheels on the front side (have seen 60-1 wheels in there) but what is its exact usage?
street, strip or circuit as that will determine what to put in there!
on a 7mgte ive seen 240+rwkw out of them.
the A/R isnt extremely important unless its too small, more so the flow capacity of it.
for all the effort why not go to something more late model like a GT series roller as they are a heap more efficient, spool faster and feel nicer to drive.

i've run the combo for few months before i swapped it out last weekend to do massive construction on the chassis... now the engine is completely lying on my garage floor for the coming next year.Originally Posted by celicapain
it run very smooth at ~14psi (195kPA recorded in my datalogs).. i'll run this combo in drag race only, not going to drive it on the street with that loud straight pipe out from the turbo..
people are mentioning about 60-1 compressor wheel, what are they from actually? i haven't really went to visit a turbo rebuild shop but i know one around my area. what m i suppose to tell him which compressor wheel i m looking for?
found this info while i was looking for information on garrett GT45 i guess it may help for CT26A-ers...
