    Default Electric antenna celica

Just wanted to know if anyone has put an electric antenna in there celica, as i am in the process of putting one in my 23, but would just like some tips and would like to see a few pics of people's antennas to get a good idea on where i should mount it and what position looks the best etc. also i'm not even sure where the stock antenna used to be as my 23 didnt have one when i bought it.

The antenna on my ta22 comes out of the passenger guard just before the door. As for wiring if you are running an aftermarket headunit most of them run an antenna signal but you might need to also put in a relay depending on how many amps the headunit can supply. After this just ground it and then your done.

The stock TA23, RA23, and RA28 antennae, are located on the drivers side 'A" pillar.

Probably got a couple of spares if needed.

    cheers Chuck.

Another option is maybe run one of those little antenna's on your roof or even back window if thats possible - seen them for car phones but not sure about radios. Theyre a much less visually obvious thing.

Yeah that would be the option i would take. The internal antennas sit in your back window, it would also keep the lines cleaner on the car....
