3sgte clutch set..... does it fit the 3sge alteza?

currently i have a set of used OS super single clutch set for the last version of mr2 which is the 240hp 3sgte... however a friend of mine who drove an alteza was asking whether it will fit... since i got no idea i would like to ask if anyone knew anything about whether it can be fitted to the alteza 3sge manual?

Historically, Previous generation 3SGE clutches have been slightly smaller than their equivalent 3SGTE partners, that said, they have not had the standard power figures of a BEAMS engine. Given the 6 speed box in the Altezza is also an "Import" in the Toyota range (ie produced by another company and fitted to a variety of other cars), I'd also consider the input shaft spline may be different too. A decent clutch supplier will be able to answer your questions more effectively, but I would err on the side of caution in regards to fitment.
