tyme has gone to great lenghts modifying the rear subframe, its pretty much solidly mounted now, but he is still having trouble getting the camber out of it he has modified the outer tabs where the trailing arms pivot but still unfortunately has got all the ajustment he needs.

still in tims hands the car is quite a competant drift machine.

Part of the reason i don't want to go MA61 is because of the price differance i've seen.. RA65's seem to be more common and a lot cheaper over here.

May look into an RA60 though.. just a shame i sold one a few months back before i thought of this though.

sorry guys i had a look through the magazine and was wrong the pic of the ra65 is not in drift battle but in fact is in high performance imports.
    sorry about the confusion.
but yeah i have a ra65 celica with ma61 rims with goodyear ducaro ga's 195/65/r14s on them...the smallest tyres allowed on those rims and i had the camber straighted as much as possiable with a wheel balance and all that and my shit still flies all over the place when i flog out of a corner for a little drifting fun. lol .

    cheers

How exactly does one straighten out the camber with a wheel balance?

I was thinking the same question. Would save me a whole bunch on purchasing camber bolts and brackets for the rear and some adjustable tops for the front!?
