    wtf.. its on or the other.... ae100/ae110 have the 5afe ae111/ae101 4a series....

    My friend's car comes with the original 4A-FE powerless engine with automatic transmission. So should it be AE101? lol, I am getting even more confused at the moment

    depends on the year... why not check the build plate or vin number on the firewall?

    that corolla is a early edition AE111 (all FWD 4afe /4age corollas of that body style)
