1ggte emissions/data label

HI, Ive taken my car to the engineer today and one of the things that he has picked is the emission decal under the bonnet, he wants a 1ggte under bonnet emission/data label or sticker? Has anybody had to source one of these before? Or has/can anybody get me a decent pic of 1? Any help would be greatly appreciated

mine was just a printed table that someones made..

Perhaps we could start a thread to go in the T&C FAQs of the emission stickers of engines like your 1G-GTE. We could set up a standardised format so as it could be printed off on a Word Document onto sticker-paper, and help us all out with engineer certs.
Even for fairly mundane swaps like say, a 5K into a KE rolla, we'd be doing each other a great service by giving each other the best chances of passing engineering without any dramas.
If it was set up similar to the dyno threads, it would become an excellent reference.
Any moderators want to set that up in the FAQs?
Otherwise I'm going outside and copying everything down from the trueno's emission sticker and starting a normal thread...
