    Exclamation AW11 MR2 Hubs

    Hello everyone,

I have been chasing up a rear hub assembly for my Super charged '89 model AW11 and have been told that there is 2 different types.
Was told it refers to the Disc Rotor size.
I know the early model had smaller rear brakes but does anyone know if the hubs are the same regarding to the splines/sizes for the drive shafts etc as I would assume the S/C model with the E series gearbox would have big drive shafts compared to the C series?

If anyone can clear this up it would be much appreciated as I cannot find a large disc rotor hub assembly.

    Thanks Brett

Yep Toof is right, ive had to replace both rear hubs as when the bearing shits itself it eats the hub, if you need a new hub, get a whole unit from someone wrecking a Corolla as they are much cheaper and just press the hub itself out.The bearing and seal kit can be bought from CBC for about 55 bucks instead of the ass raping you will get from toyota.
