    when you go into westerfold park entrance there is a chalk board there check on that as to what area they will be in
    i will try to get there a bit early so i can secure a covered area as the forcast is not to promising

    which venue is it going to be at ?there are two locations, is it the fizsimons rd one, or the thompsond rd one , THIS NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED as we wll end up all over the shop

    Looks like most people were thinking of Westerfolds Park on Fitzsimmons Lane, and it sounds to be a good place for a BBQ...

    the general consensus is fitzimons lane entrance bbq area , its called stringybark area
    i ewill try and be there around 12 , look for the chalk board {notice board as you drive in

    would I be correct in saying pending weather? Why dont we all log in tomorrow morning and confirm numbers. You guys should put up a melway ref for everyone. It will help those people who haven't been to previous meetings there.
