I did mine a few years ago. Just drilled out the old pins and put in some stainless rod that was the right size (can't remember if it had to be turned down).
Hi everyone.
I have two sets of doors for my RA23 of which I am planning on picking the best pair. I was hoping that at least one of each would have half-decent hinges but 30 years of swinging has taken it's toll on them. From what I can tell, the pin and shaft wears or bends. Has anyone successfully repaired the pin/shaft - bored and re-pinned? Where would you find pins to suit? It might be anal, but if I can't get my doors to close nicely I'll be devo after spending 20K+ on this thing!
Any help appreciated!
Cheers,
-Paul.

Any good engineering shop will beable to rebush them for you, also its usually the top hinges that need fixing and not the bottom. Let us know how you go and pricing etc
