Default Part number for single wire O2 sensor for 3sGTE??? Problem solved

I cant get a strait answer out of any of the wankers at bursons or repco, non of them acknowledge that there is a single wire universal o2 for the 3sGTE. Any ideas? I currently have the ND o2, but dont know anyone who stocks ND, I also need it today.

Someone out there has to own a 3SGTE and have to have replaced the O2 sensor? I've just called toyota bursons repco and east coast and no one even has record of the part number off my O2 sensor.

It appears some idiot has put a single wire o2 in there and Now I cant replace it. On top of that there appears to be a wide band o2 fitted to the bottom of the dump pipe but I cant verify that.

I bought a universal single wire o2 sensor from egay last week cost $25plus $5 for postage. That was for my 18rgeu, Cheap as chips. i would think that most single wire o2 sensors would be ok.

Thanks, thats what I was thinking but this is a stupid flange style o2. I'm just going to remove it and take into a reputable place.

Thats the trouble I had, I purchased a set of extractors and but the old toyota manifold had that stupid flange style. I think if you take it to an exhaust shop they can weld on a nipple for you, First do a seach on egay as I remember that they also had some toyota ones of the style you are after.

    my gen2 3sgte ran a single wire 02 sensor. same as 3sfe/3sge sv21 and st162 celica's. I had a ND one, not aftermarket.

Yeah thats the same as my one! I had real trouble finding one as above, but rang petro-ject and they had an NGK/NTK universal fit with a reusable flange (as in universal O2 with a screw in flange) So fixing the timing and this o2 should last a bit longer
