your tailshaft has swaybar mounts? (im guessing you mean t18 rearend)
im only guestimating here but try an ae86 swaybar![]()
I installed a t18 tailshaft in my ke70, it has swaybar mounts but no bar, what swaybars can i put on it, knowing that a t18 diff is bigger than a ae86 s series diff, and different to a ke70 borg warner?
thanks

The centre is bigger, but the mounts should be the same. Use a T-18 or '86 swaybar.

oops i mean diff not tailshaft - although it does have a t18 tailshaft!
Yes, use AE86 mounts, just cut them off the S-series and weld them on, then fit the AE86 rear sway.

current project: ke70 with 3tet
now with 114kw on 10psi
Yeah, KE70 bits will do fine, all the running gear is pretty much the same mounting as the AE86 gear. Didnt quite register in the OP that it was for a KE70

looking for genuine or aftermarket? get a TE72 rear bar, or at a pinch AE86, KE70, etc. bar will fit and probably be exactly the same.Originally Posted by spoon
I know that some guys have adapted the tercel rear bar which I think is around the 17mm mark to their ke70s... by their reports it does fit but not that nicely, the effect however is pretty good.
