5M-GE Engine -> Car harness pin outs? (2 plugs)

Hi guys, Hope someone can help me, I am helping out a mate on a project and we seem short on a few essential wiring diagrams

Has anyone got a pin out diagram for the two "checkplugs" (As toyota call them lol) that connect the car harness to the engine harness on an '85 MA-61, I have just been googling adn searching on these forums and can;t seem to fond anything!

Yup, I turned up at his yesterday after work and found he didn't have any of the wiring diagrams needed!! D'oh!

Infact looking at that timing I was probably at his when he posted that lol
