Monthly Members Meetings - Minutes ??

Just wondering if minutes are taken of these meetings (normal practice for clubs I would have expected). If so, how can copies be obtained. If they are posted somewhere on the forums I have not seen them, but if I have missed them please point me in the right direction.
I'm sure they would be of interested to members who cannot attend the meetings.
