Ta22 Suspension problems

Howdy,

I have a 13b turbo in my ta22 and it is lowered as well.It also has a stiffer swaybar in the front.When driving along at sharper dips or bumps the sway bar mover and runs into the bar on either side that at the front of the car.I am not sure what this is called but it has a thread and nut at one end.Can I bed the swaybar a little to prevent this?Or maybe bend the other bar?

do not bend the other bars, they are castor rods, and thats one of your front end adjustments, anyways they shouldnt touch at all, sounds like you have a bent or incorrect swaybar or castor rods, or maybe the link pin bushes or swaybar D bushes have flogged out but that is fairly easy to notice...lol..anyways maybe take some pics and post them up to give us an idea what your working with....

That would come in handy.Thanks lilcrash would not mind having a look at a different setup.Will have to arrange a meet and greet if that is cool maybe in a couple of weeks just got to do a mod first so can drive again.

the start of your problems, a big power system needs development in suspention and brakes.

what makes you sure its hitting the sway bar? could you be hitting the bump spacer?
