3TGTE accelerator cable

Hey guys I desperately need to know what you are using for your accelerator cable and pedal set up on your 3tgte preferably into a ta22...what car did you rip it from did you use the existing pedal etc etc

this is pretty urgent so any help/pics will be greatly appreciated

i fitted a RA65 cable to a 3t 22 conversion.

there is a bit of shaping required of the flange where it goes through the firewall. thats where you have to get creative. the pedal pivot i drilled 2 holes through the floor in an appropriate place.

the other end of the cable is a direct fit into the 3tgte throttle bracket on the plenum and the 'knock' on the end of the cable fits the rotating runner

I used a 3tgte accelerator cable on mine.

As for the pedal, I used a RA40 one that pivots on the firewall not the floor like the ra28 one does.

Probably all a bit different for TA22 though.

RA28 has the same pedal setup as the TA22 though.

I may be able to help you out with one cause im running a different inlet manifold and the 3T had a cable when i bought it and i may no longer be able to use it. I had a look earlier and theres one in my garage and another on the car so ill need to suss out which one is 2T and which one is 3T.

Edit: Found the cable for the 3T and the end of it has ben cut off/broken. Sorry i'm not able to help.
