Default code 13 and 34, how do i fix

just did my cam gear and now i have codes

i have a code 13 : RPM Signal, NE signal is not input to ECU for 50 msec. or more when engine speed is
    1,000 rpm or more.

and a code 34: Turbocharging Pressure Signal, Abnormal over charge during high load
    driving.

does that mean my map and cas are buggered

i think 13 means you've disconnected the crank position sensor, The two cam positions sensors are known as G1 & G2

34 probably indicative of the weight of your right foot

timing cover around front of crank - see Rorge's thread as i think there's pics of the front of the engine.

load signal error could be that it think's it's at a lot lower rpm than is the case (e.g. i think i'm doing 300rpm so why do i have 5psi boost?).

I don't think you should have touched the CAS if changing cam gear? I would just check all the wires are as normal. Infact, from looking at my engine I don't think I would have to unplug any wires to install cam gear.

the cas is the one just near the timing belt, i had to move the wires a bit to get at the tensioner, so i gave them a wiggle, have reset the ecu and will try again
