21R-c pump Q...

hey, just a quick question, is the pump beneath the air con pump part of emissions control?
i have a feeling it pumps into the exhaust manifold, but have never had enough out to trace where the lines go. the exhaust maifold lines have been blocked off...

i'm assuming you're talking about the air pump thing thats on the intake side of the engine.
