Stock is 150mm from memory.
Is the standard 4AGZE crank pulley the same as an NA pulley/harmonic balancer?
What are all the different crank pulley diameters that are available for the 4AG and GZE engines?
I tried searching but found nothing...

Would an NA pulley fit straight onto a gze crank?
I dont see any reason why not. They are afterall the same engine in every other regard.
Yep they will fit seeing as they both use identical cranks. There are at least 2 different types of crank pulleys but the only difference between them is the AC pulley diameter. The one on the engine is a smallport, the smaller one's from an early bigport. Not sure if the 20v has a different pulley again. The diameter is 135mm.

Nice post Big-T.
Yup the pics tell the truth. an 4AGE pully is actually better to run due to its smaller diameter and the fact the 2nd step is smaller hence it weights slightly less.
Another tip;
My GZE pully actually cracked so I went to Toyota to get one new and was quoted $400+ I was actually considering it as when I asked if the 4AGE pullys were useable the guy wouldnt give me a straight answer. I actually got my smallport 4AGE pully FOR FREE. Thanks to someone on these forums.
Althougth 135mm sounds like a step, you can still use the 4agze timing belt and tension it accordingly.

So the standard GZE is 150mm, and a smallport GE is 135mm? Interesting...
Actually I edited my post as I realised that what myne stated 'from memory'. I will measure them both asap.

From what I know of my pulley (89 GZE), the stock SC size is 145mm, the falcon pulley I machined onto it was 165mm, and the NEVO pulley is 175mm. Not sure about the drive on the AC belts etc, but you don't need that
RM.
I'm quite sure the stock SC Pulleys are 125mm for the early one and 120mm for the later one.
I'm also fairly certain the crank pulley is 150mm - the ratio is supposed to be 1.2 crank: pulley. 150/125=1.2 with the later rigs pulling a 1.25 ratio 150/120=1.25
A 165mm pulley should be 1.32:1 or 1.375:1
175mm should be 1.4:1 or 1.458:1
Yeah, myne is right, i found my paper of scribblings here. The EA aircon pully trick is for the supercharger, not the crank. You will lose boost by going to the smallport GE pulley.

i can confirm a small port GE pulley works just fine on a big port GZE..
135mm as opposed to the stock big port GZE pulley at 145mm.
i am currently running one on my bigpost gze.
Sorry, I meant the pulley to run the SC, which is part of the crank pulley/harmonic balancer assy. Not sure of the size of the AC pulley, but I do plan to run my waterpump from it

there are at least 4 different front pulleys that I know of. they vary in size , weight and offset. There is a good article on the US club 4AG site. Most of the ones we see in the shop have a bad crack on the edge of the key slot & we dump them. Inspect carefully before re-using them.
