3SGE Gen1 Rebuild question

Heya folks just a quick one as this is the first time i have worked on a gen1 3sge.

We are currently replacing the big end and main bearings however i don't have a teardown manual so i don't know the torque specs for the bolts can anybody help me out?

Just for the main and big end bearing parts.

I dont have gen 1 specs but i found gen 2 specs on the forum, ill continue my sat evening boredom search

The torque setting for the Main bolts are 43ft-lb (59nm)
The conrod bolts are 49ft-lb (67nm)
THe Head bolts are 36ft-lb (49nm) plus 90 degrees angle
