my thread deleted

i thought id post this here cause ive tried emailing the board twice but i get a notification saying my email hasnt gone through.

my thread on W58 short shifters was deleted last thursday or friday, i realise i must have broken a rule so thats cool. but noone emailed me or pm'd me so i was just hoping to find out what the reason is so i can possibly repost the thread without the error. was it considered commercial?

I didn't delete it... I don't know how did... but reading the thread I dare say it is becuase you're selling more than one item and it starts to look like commercial quantities.

I suggest you PM TheToyman75 and/or Joshstix and see if you can work sometning out, or whatever.

Anything of quantity needs to be passed through us FIRST. And yes it was considered commercial and thats why it was deleted.

I'm not sure why your emails to us are not getting through though. That has me stumped. All I can suggest is as River has said. PM josh or Rod and gain permission to post up your shifter thread.

Basically we need to know that your not advertising on here to make money. Covering costs on Material and stuff is fine but if they feel that you are making to much of a profit on theses it won't be allowed to be posted.

no probs, i just sent josh a pm so ill see what he says.

also the shifters are being made by someone else im just relaying what he has told me and the prices.

with the emails, im with hotmail and i got an email back shortly after i sent them saying the email was delayed, then a few days later another email saying the sending failed. tried twice.

if your selling shifters made by a friend then doesnt that mean your trying to make money?
I suggest you just post a thread with a few pics + description and see whos interested, those that are interested will pm you yes? much easier then all of this.
