So your starter is fine. Check.
You have Fuel getting into this thing? I would check that THOROUGHLY...
I would also do the following to check whethe ryou are getting spark, because it's very fundamental and easy to check.
Pull out a spark plug. Plug the spark plug into the end of it's lead. Sit the spark plug on the rocker cover somewhere so the plug is grounded. Turn the engine over and watch to see if it's sparking or not (visually). (It may pay to pull the fuse on the fuel pump at this point to prevent it from accidentally firing.
This will tell you very simply if you are getting spark. IF you are, then go check the fuel.
If you need to go chasing fuel, then we'll cover that in the next article. ;-)

So what your telling me is that you've tried the sparking issue and it's definately not sparking.
SO,
back to fundamentals
A) get a mutlimeter
B) Check power levels to all important powered points (coil, ignitor, etc..)
C) get timing light
D) use timing light to check to see if it's firing at some crazy random times.
E) check all plugs to see that stuff is plugged in properly
F) have beer.

I'd suggest a multimeter. Then beer, but not at the same time, cos multimeters involve electricity and pointy wires and stuff..

as TA-0022 said, check for the power at ign barrel, (KEY)
If that doesnt work,
You said youve tried another coil/igniter but have you tried swapping over the dizzy?
what sort of condition is the cap/rotor in?
If its cranking then thats means your ignition switch is working. As far as i could tell when I went through the loom the ignition(spark) system is pretty self contained, it gets all its info from the ecu so changing anything upstream from the ecu wont help.
So if the ecu is working properly that means the problem has to be somwhere in the dizzy-igniter-coil assembly, either the wiring or one of the components.
Id do a continuity check on all the connections and if thats all good then id try and borrow a good dizzy.

Hah.. You know as well as I that the standard 1g-gte dizzy/coil/ignitor setup SUCKS arse and that a certain replacement dizzy certainly makes things easier..

uuuggghhh nasty.
Only thing i can think of is the state of you HT lead or engine loom, i think youve changed everything else that could have caused the problem
If that doesnt work i spose your going to have to go from the dizzy thru to the ecu checking everything inbetween with a meter. (reluctors especially, though you have to be very unlucky to get two dodge dizzys!).
